2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Pro Coro Society - Edmonton (Pro Coro Canada) 

Dear members of the Pro Coro Society,

The Pro Coro Society -Edmonton (Pro Coro Canada) will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Friday, October 29 at 5:30 p.m. MST via videoconference. The purpose of this meeting is for the Board to report to, and receive direction from, the membership.  All members in good standing may attend. You are receiving this notification because you are either an employee, a member of the Choir, or, as a subscriber and/or donor of Pro Coro Canada, you have automatic membership in the Society.
Voting All Members are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
Voting will take place by anonymous poll online. 
AGM Materials
Materials will be available on www.procoro.ca/AGM, and will include the meeting agenda, the annual report 2020-2021, the 2020 AGM minutes and audited financial statements (draft) and information on how to access the AGM on Zoom.

The Zoom medium through which the 2021 Annual General Meeting is conducted necessarily affects the proceedings of the meeting. We request 8 days advance notice of any new business identified by the membership, including nominations for election to the board, to ensure that any additional topics are of general interest and can be managed to the satisfaction of the participants within the scope of the AGM.

Pro Coro Canada is looking for community-minded leaders to join its Board of Directors. The entire Board meets six to eight times per year, and board committees convene as necessary between board meetings. A board orientation session is held after the Annual General Meeting in late Fall.
