This March, Pro Coro Canada will have another artistic collaboration, this time with one of Alberta’s finest choirs - Da Camera Singers.

Da Camera Singers has maintained a significant presence in the Alberta choral scene since their founding in 1961, and holds the distinction of being Edmonton's longest-standing chamber choir. The choir's musical repertoire ranges from the Renaissance to today, including oratorios, choral works with orchestra and other ensembles, works with piano, and a cappella compositions. Conductor and Composer Laura Hawley was appointed Artistic Director in 2019.

Da Camera Singers engages often with professional and amateur ensembles in Edmonton, including the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, Alberta Baroque Ensemble, Pro Coro Canada, I Coristi Chamber Choir, and A Joyful Noise. In addition to its own yearly three-concert season, the choir has also performed on tours across Canada, the United States, and parts of Europe.
