The Pro Coro Society / Pro Coro Canada will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, November 26 at 10:00AM MST. The purpose of this meeting is for the Board to report to, and receive direction from, the membership. All members in good standing may attend*. 

We request 8 days advance notice of any new business identified by the membership to ensure that any additional topics are of general interest and can be managed to the satisfaction of the participants within the scope of the AGM.

RSVP by Friday, November 18, indicating your intention to attend.

AGM Materials: Materials are available on our website, and include the meeting agenda, the annual report 2021-2022, the 2021 AGM minutes and audited financial statements.

Location: The 2022 AGM is planned to be held in-person at the Shumka Dance Centre (Board Room) and can also be accessed via Zoom. In order to create an accessible and comfortable experience for in-person attendees, please let us know if you are attending in-person or via Zoom.
