Dear Friends and Supporters of Pro Coro Canada,

Our Moonshot III concert is happening this Sunday in Edmonton at the Westbury Theatre. I’m really excited to finally present the SIX world-premieres by the PIVOT composers in this performance. The collaboration with the Canadian League of Composers and their PIVOT program started in 2019, and we had to postpone this very concert several times due to the global pandemic.

As it is with a Moonshot, you never quite know where you will land! We have made some interesting discoveries as we journeyed through these works. If you are interested in knowing more about the process, please head to our TV channel and watch our rehearsals.

Soon after our Moonshot III concert, we will present the Little Match Girl Passion, our annual musical meditation during December. We will be at All Saints’ Anglican Cathedral when we perform this great work for the 9th time with our quartet of singers.

These were carefully checked by a very pleasant volunteer prior to entrance. They were greeted by another masked staff member who assigned seating in every other pew, again well distanced.”
