We are performing this Saturday evening at All Saints’ Anglican Cathedral in Edmonton!! It has been such a pleasure to make music with the fantastic singers of Pro Coro Canada, mentoring our EAR Jessie Pierpont, and simply being part of the vibrant fabric that makes cultural life possible here in town. I consider myself privileged to go to work, and to live, in a safe place!

As I find it hard to make sense of current atrocities being brought upon the citizens of Ukraine, thinking also about the great singers and conductors who have travelled here to Edmonton to work with us, I am grateful to make music during these days. I invite you to join us this Saturday, in-person or online, to hear great choral music by Frank Martin, Ugis Praulins, and Jane Berry. Maybe you also find contemplation and an expression of Peace in the experience.
